Location

I do not own a permanent dungeon. All sessions take place in professionally maintained, fully equipped dungeons rented within the Central London area.

These spaces are selected for their discretion, cleanliness, and high standards. Absolute respect for the property is expected at all times. Any behaviour that risks damage, misuse of equipment, or disruption of the venue will result in immediate termination of the session.

This is non-negotiable. If you are unable to conduct yourself appropriately in a professional environment, do not request a booking.

Rates & Deposit

LEGAL NOTICE: PAYMENTS ARE PROCESSED BY MONETA SERVICES.

My rate is £300 per hour, which includes dungeon rental—no hidden fees, no negotiations.

After the third hour, each hour is £250.

A 50% deposit is required to confirm any booking. No deposit means no appointment. The remaining balance is due when we meet.

Deposits are non-refundable without exception. Cancellations, lateness, or failure to attend will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

Rules & Etiquette

These rules are mandatory and apply to all sessions without exception. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination.

You will address me as Mistress or Mistress Zara at all times. No alternatives are accepted.

Respect, composure, and obedience are expected from the moment the session begins.

You will arrive clean, punctual, and prepared. Lateness will not be tolerated. If you are going to be late, call and let me know. Turn up any later than 15 minutes without informing me, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit forfeited.

Instructions are to be followed immediately and without question unless safety is involved.

Permission must be requested before speaking unless otherwise directed.

No touching, assumptions, or entitlement of any kind is permitted.

Personal boundaries are absolute and not open to discussion.

Any attempt to negotiate rules, limits, or authority during a session will result in dismissal.

Mobile phones must be switched off and kept out of sight unless instructed otherwise.

You are expected to conduct yourself with discipline and self-control at all times.

Disrespectful language, argument, or emotional outbursts will not be tolerated.

My word is final. There are no second chances.

By attending a session, you acknowledge that these rules are clear, understood, and non-negotiable.

Booking Enquiry Form

This form is for serious booking enquiries . You are expected to have read the website in full and understand my rules, rates, and requirements before submitting an enquiry.
